That's why they invented automatic level crossings with barriers. Maybe the US government should buy them too?

we do have automatic level crossings with barriers, problems is it is possible to get around them and some crossings, mostly maintainance etc dont have them. it is i believe a local goverment or county enforced thing not the federal government
