UAE for Mac OS X ?
« on: September 06, 2007, 07:56:12 PM »
Anyone running UAE for Mac OS X?  Anyone know a good UAE + GUI front end bundle?  I know it quite lags WinUAE (or has typically) - any tips here?  Is there any point to it?

Tnx.

In run UAE (or some other emulator - with a program manager - forget the name - I'm at work so can't look) and it work flawlessly. I have tried WinUAE and other Amiga emulators many times on many Windows machines and it never really quit works right. What I have on the MAC Mini works just awesome. I couldn't beleive how much better the MAC emulator works. When I get home I'll edit this and let you know what exact setup I have.  :-P

WinUAE is superior to any Mac OS X UAE version.

I use E-UAE and HiToro, seems to work well on my iMac. I don't do anything too intensive with it though, just running games.
