They have got 33MHz, but prepare yourself, that they ship things very slow.

I was hoping for cheaper than that.  Maybe from someone that upgraded their 040 to 060 and still has a good working processor around.

It's $20 jeeze, what do you want it for free?  You will pay more for one on ebay that is for sure.  I think I paid $35 for my 040/40MHz one...

Free would be great.  

There are a few for ~$20 shipped on eBay, but I'd rather find a local, tested, working one for around the same cost.  

By the time I pay for the shipping, paypal fees, etc. from Vesalia I'm looking at ~$35.  And, it's not a true 33MHz, it's just a 25MHz that's been tested to that speed (or higher).

There's a guy in the UK selling tested full 33Mhz parts for £4.95.  You'll have to check with him about shipping, the US isn't listed.

See if you can get an MC68040RC40 L88M mask variant. They run almost cold compared to the "regular" Amiga ones.
