AROS on VMWare ?
« on: June 27, 2003, 11:15:31 AM »
So, I've burnt the ISO of the native i386 version of AROS, and booted it via VMWare 4.

"Oooh! An AROS VMWare option, let's use that!"

It crashes. Bugger. VMWare error.

Any of you AROS guys know why? Is there a special set of virtual machine settings I need to use in VMWare ?

I would post this at Aros.org, but the forums look kinda dead, and I couldn't decide on which mailing list to join...

The VMWare driver is buggy. Simply use one of the VESA options...
