Checking RAM speed

Is there a program I can run that displays what the NS is for RAM mounted on my SCSI card? Or am I going to have to eyeball them for a number?

There is no program that will do that (at least for the amiga). It's kind of a moot point though. Any ram on a zoro-ii card will run at 7.16mhz. I think memory 150ns (I can verify 120ns works) or faster will suffice. Even if you have 50ns memory, it will still run at 7.16mhz...

150-120ns is deadly slow modules. Even on my a500 (rev8a1) the ram modules is 80ns. I put some extra 70ns ram to it, and working fine together.
But if you want to know correctly, try google. I done it several times, so you got to do this.
Or somebody has got some very nice webpage about old memory modules...

Try MemSpeed or something similar on Aminet.

There's probably not much point in comparing 16 bit Fast RAM cards (I guess <<5% difference), but there are definitely large differences when it comes to 32 bit Fast RAM.
