Cybervision 64 problem :-(

Hi,

Is anyone aware of common or fixable CV64 problems?

Mine wasn't used for quite some time and was faulty when I eventually tried it. Moto's identical CV64 worked in both my A4000 and in his. But mine did not work in either A4000 so I don't think it can be a software problem. At the moment my 'Hi Res Laced' boot picture is displayed by the scandoubler ok, but then the CV64 does not activate when it should.

Any thoughts please?

cybervision 64 does not have a scandoubler just a monitor switcher. If the pass thru works but the RTG screens do not than it appears the video card is faulty. Amiga repair centre in France is the only one I know that has info to repair amiga video cards. Without a schematic it is difficult to diagnose. I have sent him a couple video cards and he fixed them both.
