I am looking for a radeon 8500 agp vga card (not 8500LE) with 128MB vram to use on my pegII...

Hm, I thought the 8500 were only with 64 MB available?

They were refreshed as 128MB models just a few months before
the famous 9700 was released.  Really good card that would
hang with the Geforce4 4200 with later drivers and some overclocking.

I have a 128MB Radeon8500 and a passively cooled (with an extra monster heatsink) 64MB one :-)
