Prayer 2.0 problems (Settings don;t work)

Some of the setting buttons on the prefs window don't work!

Audio is one, and let's see... Plugins Settings.

I ress them but nothing shows up at all... the other 2 work though.

I really wanna get into the Audio Settings and adjust the settings. 11k Mono sound just don't cut it!  :-o

Amplifier sounds the same though... it says 128kbps/44Khz (I think that's two 4's) Stereo but the sound is still grainy!

Is this just something i'm gonna have to live with (Limitation of the Paula chip)?

Ok,
I know that you just do a right-click somewhere around the GUI, then a menu comes up, then you can configure it.  The bad thing is you can use only the PAULA audio.  I think the 44khz might work nicely, but I never had a CPU powerful enough to try it out on.  Prayer2 was the best mp3 player I messed with on my Amiga 1200 and takes alot less CPU power then the rest available.

Right, I know about the right click deal, but when I click on the "Audio Settings" button, nothing pops up, no menu to configure the audio.

Hmm, ok, then I think the librarys for the menu to come up are not installed. Make sure the libs directory in the Prayer2 installation are copied into your LIBS on your sys drive.  Nothing shows up if its not installed.

d'oh! that must be what I forgot... I don't recall seeing any libs though... I downloaded Prayer 2.0 off Aminet... might be a slightly older version?  :-?

I`m still annoyed that no one even Compiled the open source version. And now the website has been taken over by a search company www.prayer2.org

prayer is great , but it had some issues back when i used it...beyond that its superb for people with no soundcard nor a superb cpu.

anyway there should be 1 later version than the one on aminet, hmm where i dont remeber..

try some searches in google or something, i will try and search my cd's in the meantime (might have been some Amiga active cds..)

Prayer2 on Aminet is the last version.AFAK

Requires popupmenu.library and triton.library (present in the archive).

Have you installed the 14 bit driver for Paula?
