IBrowse and mouse wheel - weird behaviour
« on: June 25, 2007, 09:53:33 PM »
Just noticed that in Ibrowse my mousewheel works only in first tab (or browser as Ibrowser names them). Anyone else noticed this?

EDIT: infact it scrolls the first tab in the background even if I'm browsing in some other tabs

This behaviour is very common if you have muiwheel patch installed. Instead of muiwheel you should use freewheel.
Scrolling with the mousewheel is a lot slower with freewheel, but it works with all tabs.

I use both programs at the same time....it's the best way
muiwheel called since user-startup and mousewheel on wbstartup drawer
They no conflict..yes they are friendly

Yes, I noticed that I was infact using both of them - it was just so much time since I installed them... ;-)

I just now configured FreeWheel to send keystrokes for scrolling for MUI windows even though I'm using MUIWheel at the same time. Now the first tab in IBrowse scrolls as it should and the rest atleast with some speed instead of nothing.

BTW., is there any way to use mousewheel with software like ClassAction and EditPad (both use Reaction if I remember correctly)?
