The only stupid question is a question not asked.

Win•dows: n. A thirty-two bit extension and graphical shell to a sixteen-bit patch to an eight-bit operating system originally coded for a four-bit microprocessor which was written by a two-bit company that can\'t stand one bit of competition.

Hmm...like almost all surveillence footage, it's virtually useless as a means of identification. What is it about security cameras that makes them so pathetic at what they do? My little ten quid webcam would do a far better job. Anyway, what I think we've got is the camera looking through a grubby glass window onto the street/car park. The window looks like it's double-glazed cos most of the image seems to show a double take. The outside is in brilliant overhead sunshine which is a little too bright for the camera to handle. What appears to be a 'ghost/ufo' crosses the picture in a roughly diagonal path taking around 10 seconds to do so, if I interpret the frame timings right. The object appears fuzzy and seems to cast some sort of 'shadow'.

I think the 'ghost' is on the camera side of the window. I think it's a bit of weightless fluff or a particle that floats across the field out of focus. I reckon the 'shadow' is just its faint reflection in the window as seen by the camera, also out of focus. The apparent change in direction of the floater is down to air currents near the camera. So no, this isn't of the spirit world. It's a mote of floating fluff.

In the first video, it's clear that the "ghost" is just a bug crawling accross the camera lense... You can even see its little legs!!!
