AmigaOS 3.9 related questions - Help needed!

Hi to everyone, i have a couple of questions regarding AmigaOS 3.9 i´d love to get answers:

1-Is there a way to change icons and wb font color?

2-I have a problem with the wb format command using WinUAE and 3.9. The thing is that it crashes with error 80000005 and gives the options to suspend or reboot. I tried with wb3.5 format, but the same happens. Is there a workaround?
Am I doing something wrong? Is it a bug?

3-Is there a ClassAct/Reaction GUI based program to compress archives in several formats (NOT MUI)?

4-Unluckily my original 3.9CD was damaged by my 4 year old daughter, she scratched it against a wall! Fortunately i had a backup i did some time ago, but as i had a slow amiga at that moment i decided not to save all the CD contents, just what i thought were the important bits
of it. The thing is that for this reason i cannot install both Boing Bags. I hope someone can help me, or email me both bbags

I never had issues with the format command under 3.9 in winuae.
What is your setup for the emulated Amiga?

i have this setup:

WinUAE 1.42a
rom 40.68 for a1200
aga chipset (sprites to sprites collision)
2 mb chipram + 32mb z3ram
sound enabled, but not 100 percent accurate

Wether i use 3.9 or 3.5 the same bug appears
