OS 3.1 Manuals?
« on: May 21, 2007, 07:46:04 AM »
Just curious as I cannot seem to remember - what manuals came with the different releases of OS 3.1 (i.e., Commodore vs Escom vs. Amiga Technologies vs Amiga International) and does anyone have pictures of each grouping?

I've seen in various places DOS, Workbench, ARexx, and Hard Disk manuals but some kits don't seem to include all of them and I've also seen a manual with no subtitle on it - just says AmiagaOS (possibly part of the Amiga International package?).

Thanks.

I think it depends on whether you got the OS with an A1200 or an A4000.  I know that when I got my A1200 (Commodore, 3.0), it did not have the DOS manual.  I asked my dealer about it, and he explained that only A4000s came with that.

[edit] I didn't know there was a separate arexx manual - I guess that's something else that came with an A4000

I once bought an AmigaOS 3.1 set for my A500 and that came with an ARexx manual as well...

So far I've seen the following manuals from 3.0/3.1:
-A1200
-A4000
-Workbench
-AmigaDOS
-AGA Supplement
-ARexx
Well, at least those are the ones I can think of right now. Maybe there are more but I'll have to check at home if I still have any...
