Jeez.... How tragic, just seventeen years old and with her whole life (not to mention that of her unborn child) in front of her.  

Whoever can do something like this is very sick indeed.  Let's hope they're taken off the streets for good.

There can be no rational justification for this. As long as the age old cultural perception of women as being chattels persists there will always be incidents like this one :-(
