Hello from Australia
« on: May 14, 2007, 03:58:20 AM »
Hi All

Just getting back into my favourite machine after getting my hands on an A600. I had a bare basic A500 when they where still being produced, the only upgrades where the expansion memory (mainly for pools of radiance) and an extra floppy. Luckily i still have most my games and apps, im in the process of installing an HD to the A600. Anyway, theres a stack of great info and help here so i should be fine once i grab a 2.5 ide.

oh, any info on where to grab a cd32 gamepad? Got the cd32 about a year ago, would be nice to play some games on it

There appear to be a goodly number of Aussies joining here of late!  Welcome from Brisneyland! :-D

You can check out Anything Amiga, although I've heard he takes a while to respond though.

I've got some new 4cm ones. I could post you one for a tenner. I'm in Darwin, pm me if you are interested.

Hehe, I've been pushing for Brisneyland ever since I first heard someone say Brisvegas.  Although, people up here can be quite vague.  :-)

I've been up here for a few years now, so I'm finally used to it.  At first I just started adding 'eh?' to the end of every sentence, y'know, to fit in an' all, eh?

It didn't take that long to get a reply when I mailed Anything Amiga about two months ago, but the site has gone down-hill a lot since then (I checked it out earlier today, coincidently).

I want to order some stuff through him to support local; can't wait for tax time!
