« on: May 06, 2007, 07:59:24 PM »
Just been offered a 1570 from a friend, how much should I pay for it as they appear quite rare?

hum.. considering this is a castrated 1571 .. not to much :-/

Pro:
- faster then a standard 1541 when connected to a C128
- reads CPM disks (but will you ever use this ?)

Cons:
- slower then a 1541 with a parallel speeder
- single sided as compared to 1571

Offer him a beer or two :-D
