Hi all,

does anyone rember the fidonet tech based network called "Amiganet"..

Is it still in operation? Is there a website or echomail area/bbs to get information from?

Amiga 3000: Towered, 12Mb Ram, 9Gig SCSI Hd, Retina BLT Z3, X-Surf, OS3.1
Amiga 4000D: Warp Engine \'040 40Mhz, 150mb Ram, CyberVision 64/4, X-Surf, OS3.9

What about Fidonet itself? Does that still exist?

Long gone, but my fido node was 1:102/334.0.  I think I was on AmigaNet also, but can't remember.  Was definately on clink, and a couple of other nets.

Time to move on.  Bye Amiga.org.  :(

Thanks. I have connected to your bbs, and had a look around. Even taged a few files for when I get syncterm going on my linux box (used the xp laptop to have a look)

Fidonet isn't like what it used to be.. 7050 nodes as of friday!

(I can rember having to compile a nodelist on a 386 and it taking ten minutes to do the hole 1mb list)
