I have serious problems with ASB computer.
ON 2003 I purchased my Amiga One but send my after more than 5 months. The case is that I had awaited for 5 months and after all with only Debian Linux.
In the middle os the storm, I only got stops and stops as they say that the configuration men of the shop, weren't at the shop at some moment.
They are too helpful on some cases but on the other side doesn't seem to work very well.

Anyway they are abit lazy to me when you try to get something like when I request them to get a new Amiga.

Conclusion:Have patience they are good on some aspects
but not so efficient when you try to get smething BIGGER
like a new computer.

So have patience with them or enjoy what you have in hand,OK?

I was happy with ASB, but now i have some problems, i bought a Xtreme Box tower for my A1200, mediator board and a keyboard adaptor. Then i had problems with keyboard adapter, i tried all things suggested from ASB, but when finally i found that the problem was the keyboard adaptor, i sent two emails to ASB to replace it and they don't reply my emails...

When the item is still in the basket, this means that you left Checkout before the order was confirmed/completed.  Check the 'my account' section and see if there are any orders raised or pending.  I suspect there wont be any.

If there arent, ASB have no order raised in their back office system and therefore dont know to ship the order.
