cutting jpeg pictures
« on: April 12, 2007, 09:46:16 PM »
I want to combine 2 jpegpictures.
I can do this with Fxpaint no problem.
But one picture has to be cut first to remove some unwanted pixels.
But it can't be a square cut as I loose too many pixels which I do need.
Is there something in Fxpaint which can do this?
Like a area you set with lines which then should be cut.
Or do I need an other program for this?

I use ImageFX, it has a crop function.  You can drag the box from any of the four sides, or type your dimensions in for better accuracy.  It also has an undo function  ;-)

Too bad I don't have imagefx.
Is there no freeware program which can crop a jpg picture in not just a square box?
Strange that Fxpaint can't do this.
