Did anyone buy stuff from this person besides me?  I bought the Power Supply, paid for it, and have yet to receive it.  He responded to an e-mail awhile back saying he shipped it but has not responde to other e-mails or PM's sent from Amiga.org.
Does anybody know this person or how to get in touch with him?

Hi drewz21,

I have yet to receive an A1200 case, it was supposed to be "shipped out" mid-March. I sent a pmail asking him to either send out my case, or pay me for the one I sent him back in January. Or he can just send mine back to me. Whatever.

I'm willing to cut the guy a little slack, i.e, I'm not pissed off *yet*. I don't live terribly far away (well, about a 7 hour drive) and I do have a bunch of friends in LA. Hopefully it won't come to that, though. He seemed like an alright guy.

You're right.  That Ebay profile doesn't look too good. This would make the 3rd time this year I've been either ripped off on an attempt to rip me off has been made.  All on Amiga equipment.

This could really hurt the Amiga community.  Who do you trust?   :madashell:

Guess it's time to make a claim with PayPal.

Well, as of today I've opened a claim with PayPal.  Hopefully I'll be able to get my money back.  I e-mailed and PM'd the person and NEVER heard back.  I would have really thought someone that was a long-time poster on Amiga.org could be trusted.  Guess not!!!  :madashell:

I think I'm done buying off the 'Net for a while.
