Which programs play avi,mpg,ect the best on amigas without ppc? 3.9 has one but it's not clear on my 060.

I think FroggerNG is one of the best as it also plays Quicktime videos and others. MooVid is pretty good too and can play some avi videos on old music CD singles I've got at full screen size ok.
Yeah that player called 'Action' of OS3.9 played in black and white until I got a graphics card. Not to bad now though :-)

68k..mmm FrogerNG (have the best support for formats) and MooVid..but for mpg the best is RiVA...RiVA is VERY fast on 68k!!

Have used Riva for years.
Much faster than Frogger.
Somtimes the sound is not synced properly using Frogger.
Use an 060 myself.
There is also a GUI with options which helps to get more speed if needed.
Same goes for Frogger mind.
Both also out sound using AHI or Paula.
