Secret Monkey Island

Hello,

 My daughter needs help with Secret of Monkey Island...

Once onboard your ship with your crew, how do you get them to do things?

 She has been stuck for 4 years!! :lol:

Heres a little walkthrough for monkey island, the PC and Amiga versions are the same except for one using 32 colours and having great sound and the other one being 256 colours and having very bad sound.

You don't..

Just go around the ship, pick up everything you can and throw it in that big pot in the kitchen lol
(If you open the cerial box thre's a prize inside.. and if you look at it it turns out ot be a key, that opens the cabinet in the captains room)

Do you have the manual? I discovered the manual in my stuff today and the game disks. If you're playing with "backups" ;-) , I'll sell you the originals with manual.

Or, I could :rtfm: and see if there's any ideas. :eureka:

Monkey Island was fantastic! I must see if I still have the disks somewhere - though I think they might not work after so long.

To get off the ship get some more gunpowder from the kegs down below. Use the T-shirt with the flames to create a flaming mass. Use the gunpowder with the cannon nozzle. Use the rope with the cannon to create a fuse. Use the flaming mass with the fuse.

Finally use the pot like you did with the Fettucini brothers at the circus on Melee Island.   ;-)

Aaah... Monkey Island. One of the most wonderful adventures ever made.  :-D
