Make it and keep it open source...
Look at linux. Origined from a finnish guy that hated windows and look at it today :-) and how it was achieved.

Amiga and what it contains has it's strengths and draw backs. Targeted right and it will be ha hit (complete dvd containing OS and a LOT of other useful programs with a computer that can have a life span on 15 years before being outdated).

so called "poor" markets will most probably love this: a computer costing around 400 bucks shipped with a lot of programs and have that life span.

Pairing the system with a modern game console is quite interesting... Something you can play today's games on and still function as a personal computer and still keep it cheap to buy.

AmigaOS is in my opinion much more than Linux.  Linux is just another UNIX clone.  AmigaOS is a whole experience in itself.

I don't believe making AmigaOS open source is a wise move.  I also don't know if there are going to be any wise moves made anymore.
