This time up for grabs is a GVP A500 HD8+.

Inside lives a noisy + chattery SCSI HD, 1GB and RAM, 4MB of.

The disk is not broken, I have owned several of this same type and they were all equally loud in their operation (taken from old servers).

Power supply is universal, 100-240V and 50-60Hz. Takes a kettle plug just like your Big Box Amiga power supply. Shuko power cable shipped at no extra cost on request, but if your country has different wall outlets, supply your own.

The unit is in good external condition, some would even go as far as to say mint condition. http://jope.fi/gvp/

I'm waiting until the end of this week (25.2.2007) for offers and then we'll see if anyone was serious enough to offer a proper sum.

All offers in email to vjouppi@sci.fi please!

Unit in Helsinki, buyer pays shipping (around 50 euro to Europe), IBAN+BIC transfer preferred but PayPal accepted. Buyer pays paypal fees.

Money visible in my account -> unit ships. Contact me for the shipping price to your country..

-----

Check to see whether your bank supports the free EU payment scheme for IBAN+BIC transfers in the euro currency. Maybe we can avoid supporting paypal.

Please, no discussion about the IBAN+BIC transfer in this thread - read the link and see whether it applies to you.

Hi Jope,

How much do you want for the device? And is there any chance for a friend of mine to pick it up in Helsinki directly? Thanks.

Hey, I'll leave the community to decide what this is worth. I don't want to post it on ebay, perhaps it'll go to a loving home when sold through Amiga forums.

Pickup is naturally ok, but the money must be in my account before. :-)
