Well, my apologies kind stud. Like the studs on a wheel you are. They are loose.

While we are at it, it is really simple here, I am just annoyed at how beligerant many of the Amiga people are on these forums, In fact, I bet, more than 50% on these forums dont even own an Amiga any more, and they just like to Bit-ch around.

As for grammer, well, what can I say, I type faster when I am at work, so that I do not get in trouble, hence, it seems your the one who has noticed that I am not a touch typist.

Interesting character you are, I have not heard a single post, while your talking to me, or anyone who was actually helping me in any of my previous posts, whether it be Amiga market or where ever else you have made a comment, speech, or remark, that has been positive.

Maybe you should give it a try, to start writing positive remarks, whereby you try to actually be informative.

Oh, I forgot, you are one of the others on these forums that simply wish to fight, well my man, maybe go outside, pick on someone bigger than you, make sure you got a knuckle buster, and waste your fumes and anger there, before coming back onto the Amiga forums!

Thank you

Have a wonderful day(Smiles)

And happy hunting!

Kind Regards

Amiga Man

Cheers 8-)  8-)

P.S.Oh no, you still havent posted a comment on that initial link that I asked people to look at, well then, why are you even bothering to write to me here on this post I have made?
Let us see, why don't you grab yourself a pen and paper, search the internet vigorously, and in the mean time actually post a comment on the Link above.

Mmmmmm, Thinking, as you mightened be too bright on this here, let me give you the link again on this post!

Here it is my friend!

http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/story/0,,2006031,00.html

Oh yeah, and instead of commenting against me in the posted link, its not about me, but about the society of Macs and Pc's, I just made people aware about whats new in the Amiga field, for most of the people who made a post on this particular Link, as many didnt even know about the sam440ep board, yet alone OS4!

Cheers Again 8-)  8-)

Let me know how your people bashing skills come along, I got a friend Psycho Sam who's always looking for a fight.

One more thing, have you noticed the words are better now, why, because Ive been using the keyboard slower, you happy Mr.Happy trigger?

Im not looking for a fight man. you need to realize that there are people who have been on these forums for over 10 years that have supported the Amiga and know exactly how this industry works.

You have to understand that every now and then people like you come along. and post things that have been posted a million times before.( I am not implying to this thread )
They have ALL the ideas on a way to make Amiga come back.
and think that they can single handedly bring about change.

Or try to "reunite the brothers" so to speak.

some of them have some knowledge about the industry (computers in general) someone of them just sound like little kids.

When you come about saying things like the new Amigas with OS4 can run Playstation 3 games. you tend to bring yourself in the little kiddy section.

I suggest you relax a bit. and learn more about the industry. before you come flying around again saying

"I know how to bring the Amiga back"

and if you stay on these forums for long enough. you will prob see yourself in a few months. another kiddy that thinks he knows about the industry..

No hard feelings. just need to relax a bit.

I read it. Great, yet another article written by a person who doesn't know crap about computers. Most of it was {bleep}ing about the social aspect of the platform and advert campaign. Who cares? I like windows, I like *nix, I like OSX. I use them all for what they are good for. I don't care what some "journalist" thinks.

Its simple, do some hardcore research the next few days, and Im sure after many websites, and much reading, you will find the not so easy websites to find, with the valuable type of information, and the realistic type of information.

Just like the company soft3, it is real, and it is now partnered with Amiga, but yet you all still doubt it, whats wrong with you, the information is all over the net, just look very hard to find it, as Amiga is a niche market, it will take longer to get the real deal information!

Blabla.

At university, we had a standard rule for gathering information:
"Much that is useful is not on the Internet, and much that is on the Internet is not useful".

Of course, you can switch "useful" with "true", especially when it comes to wikipedia. It's a nice source of information, but don't trust anything you read. (like why isn't anything mentioned about soft3 on the Amiga.com website? If there was a partnership I'm pretty sure they would have mentioned it somewhere).

Koafder:

Thats cool, I didnt like the postings either, but at the same time I gladly took the opportunity to make these idiots aware that Amiga isnt dead, and still humming.

Thats all I did, make those who may have not been informed, aware!

At the same time, I admit, some days are worse than others for me, I have a lot of info that Ive read and so forth, but at the end of the day, I cant keep it all in my head, as much as Id like to believe it all stays in my own Cache, or memory banks, it doesnt all the time.

Hence, It must be because I forget to save it from the RAM, before rebooting my system in the mornings!(smiles)

Cheers

the new OS4(2007)(completed)

I thought the final was released (completed) last year (2006)?

Not touching the single mouse button MAc {bleep}

"The Single Mouse Button" indeed is a problem - but only if you have a laptop. If you do, you can "just live with it", or use a normal mouse, like you would on any non-portable mac.

can play ps3 games directly on the new Amiga systems.

I think you mixed that up with PS*1* emulator, which it has :-)

@ Jupp:

Yes, maybe I did mix it up.(smiles)

Cheers,

Oh and, its my mate that owns the Mac, he got sick of PC's recently, and got rid of them all, when yet, I think he moreso got sick of the OS on it, as Mac systems themselves also use PC hardware dont they?

Anyway, Ill let him know about the two mouse button!

No, just put two fingers on the mouse pad... and click... then you have a right mouse click :-)

More natural than two buttons actually :-D

But the Mac knows about Amiga love!

Anyway, my Mac and my Amiga talk all the time on the LAN.  Why can't we all just get along?

Guys?

I'm not going to sit here and wade through another deluded "starke-fest".  The only thing I can add to the conversation is that no, the Mac isn't for everyone but;

1) The current Mac OS X is exactly what the Amiga should have been, in every respect.

2) Anyone (like Starke) who raves against it has obviously not actually used or owned a Mac running OS X 10.4 or later.

I moved from the PC to the mac about 5 months ago, and my 2.16ghz Core2Duo is incredibly fast, incredibly stable, incredibly quiet (about 5-10dB), and because of my professional needs, seemlessly accommodates a ergonomic keyboard and 3-button wireless mouse.

As a matter of fact, it CAME with a 3-button mouse, replete with scroll button, but considering I spent 14 hours a day working on the machine, I needed something a bit more ergonomic.

Note to Starke, and really everyone else.  If AI had gone the Apple route 5 years ago, we'd all be running Amigas now.  They didn't, so quite frankly, stop kvetching about things you have no clue on...  OS X *IS* what the Amiga should have been.

While I appreciate your support of this site, I am beginning to believe two things based on your conduct here;

1) You are roughly 12 years old, or you are in desperate need of English tutelage.  The latter I could accept because English is not everyone's primary language.  My point is that the way you phrase things serves as an irritant to others.

2) You do not play well with others, nor are you accepting of the opinion of others.  Being on the Internet, you meet an incredible variety of people.  It is very rare and creepy -- unless you're on a fan site like amigans.net -- to find a place where everyone holds the exact same opinion.  If you cannot accept and understand the opinions of others, then that's a serious shortcoming on your part.

Considering your feelings on the matter, I might suggest that you'd be happier over on Amigans.net where you might be amongst more like-minded individuals.

Then this thread, labelled "I hate macs" is completely pointless and trolling.

WAYNE:

THis posting got out of hand, because people on here didnt listen to the first post made here, which was, simple in my eyes to understand, and comprehend.

I only wanted to let people have a look at another posting site, nothing to do with Amiga, as to get feedback on what they thought about it.

As I also said, My friend owns a Mac, I have worked on Macs before, but at the end of the day, although better than PC, or moreso the OS on it, My heart still belongs to the Amiga Platform!

End This Forum if you wish, I dont care any more, I just am bewildered at how fellow Amigaians seem to take things out of context.

I thought it was simple enough to just post a link, have people view it, make a comment on the posted link on here, and thats it, BUT NO, instead they start trying to get me fired up, and I let them.

SO As Mentioned in another posting, anyone who does it, I will say

@whoever(name goes here for thos not intelligent enough)

BUGGER

End post.

Anyway, not to worry, I just think more people like Sicky, StopTheGop, HiMem, Derringer3, Gertsy, BugRacer, Jkirk, etc, etc should be here, rather than the clowns, gunners etc, who know exactly how to wade of the actual Post!

YES

I know, I initially came in here like it, but I have gained much knowledge, moreso from my own spare time in researching, which is a shame, I believe a good idea would be to have a clear a at all times clearly visible section called something like, Up to date Amiga Info, or IMPORTANT TO NEWCOMERS, or IMPORTANT TO NON REGUARLAR USERS.

In here one would ofcourse have all relevant information, that people would hopefully read first before even making their first post, and, it will give passer byers, who arent joined to Amiga.org, a chance to see the latest in Amiga!

Cheers

Good nite
AMIGA will rise!

Macs are great, if a little pricey. I wouldn't be without mine.

Same here, I currently have a G5 iMac and it is a brilliant machine and Mac OSX  does everything and more that I want :-)

At some point in the future I am going to give this machine to my kids (so they won't start their computing lives with Windows) so I can upgrade to a Mac Pro which I intend to buy as soon as Leopard is released!

Mac OSX is what Amiga OS should have developed into many years ago..... we are so far behind :-(
