This time short and simple:
Which one is gonna be technically superior and more professional?

Define "technically superior". Define also "professional".

Technically, MorphOS isn't professional at all, since it will be released free (the dictionary definition of professional is something that makes money). But if you mean polished, then I guess it will be the OS with the most development. As things stand, this is not OS4. You only need to compare screenshots. In fact, this is all you can really do at the moment. Therefore discussion is pointless.

As for technical superiority, no-one can actually know. People who who the inside of MOS don't know the inside OS4 and vice versa. Discussion on this area is again pointless.

But to compare their (promised) features whats then?

why don't you just check out the feature lists of both websites? that should give you something to start with.
