Never heard of this ACA 630 before...It supposed to be released in 2006. Were can I get one? :-?

You can't get one, cause it's not out yet.

even if it was out probably you couldn't buy it cause jens had some pre orders and the production run would be limited possibly. There was an application form somewhere but I dunno where it is now.

If that's the case, then it's a little premature
to put it on the Amiga Hardware Database.

Unfortunately it is not going to be produced, as announced a couple of months ago. Your best bet is to look on ebay for other 600 accelerators.

It will be released; it has just been given a lower priority; which means at this point it is unclear when it will be finished. (that's at least the last I heard of it from Jens himself; just two weeks ago)

This was back in August. I don't mean to sound negative, but the bets are open... What of the following 'delayed' hardware are we going to see first...? ;-)

- Dragon
- Shark PPC
- Troika
- PowerVixxen
- ACA 630

etc...

I'd say, if you can find one on ebay, and can afford it then go for it...

I would hope the dragon as most people without mediators would by one of those to use with Shark PPC. I know I would. Of course elbox could I suppose fool us all and release shark for 3/4000 amigas and leave 1200 users out in the cold. But that wouldnt make any sense. Come to think of it, lots of things don't make sense anymore.  :-?

Four years later!  Yeah!  Can't wait to install mine!  Though its only the 25Mhz version, it will be nice to have a speedier A600HD.
