Looking Good
« on: January 27, 2007, 03:09:39 PM »
Well that's the plan.
My Miggy is working fine but the WB screen could do with being redecorated.
What is a quick/good/easy way to update to some decent looking icons?
Is there something that will automatically  replace a load of icons with something better?
Something that will change the partion icons Workbench Work, etc?

Cheers

NewIcons <- A bit like BeOS-icons.

MagicWB <- Especially handy for an 8-colour WB.

There's also GlowIcons, but I couldn't find a one-click simple install thingy for that. They're originally used with WB3.5.

I would definately use IconBeFast patch from Aminet together with PowerIcons and then use Ken's icons from os4depot.net
Your machine should handle it well  ;-)

Look in my image gallery for example's

Downloaded IconBeFast, Power Icons and Kens Icons.
Was looking for something a bit more automated, but that'st just me being lazy.
Kens icons look good so I will persevere doing this by hand.

Cheers
