Do we have any regular "Dog Musher's" here?

Particularly any "Blind Dog Musher's"?

WTF is a "dog musher"? Is it recommended to be blind if one does this?

I am having horrific thoughts about the "blind works" in my local town being a room full of blind factory workers forcing dogs into meat mincing machines!

It's probably running dogs.

In tv programmes, cartoons etc when you see huskies pulling a sled the typical thing shouted at them is mush.

So, there's a blind person who uses his blind dog to do cross country running.

Metalman/vince hit the nail on head, dog mushing is dog sledding. The 'driver' of a dog team is AKA a musher. It's a thrill to drive such a sled, although it can be incredible smelly. The team doesn't stop because one of them happens to need to take a dump ;-).

No, no. "Dog mushing" is where you take two puppies (one in each hand) by the scruff of the neck (so they go limp), then slowly crash them together and then let them go and watch the confusion. Great fun. We used to do it as kids. This can also be done with kittens.

She's a little old for "dog mushing" though. Somebody should tell her it's time to stop.

I mushed a dog with my car once, it was an accident, i even reported my self to the police!

Though I may jest, in truth I'd be absolutely gutted if I killed someone's pet. Can you imagine how much of a tw@t you'd feel having run over some kid's cat/dog/rabbit/whatever? :-(
