A few of my pieces...
« on: January 11, 2007, 10:17:45 AM »
So I've finally bothered to put together a myspace page that can host a handful of pieces I've written.  Figured I'd post a note here as some of you have expressed interest in hearing my work before.

For the time being, there is only one orchestral piece on there (which was written for a film-scoring program in LA) Losing Hope.  The others are some simple piano works.  There is a wide variety of style from piece to piece, so if something's not grabbing you, take a gander at the others.

BTW...in the orchestral piece, the blaring trumpet solo was put in at the insistence of the instructor...lol

Anyway, I'd love to hear what normal (HAH!  You guys are normal? :-o ) ppl may think of some of this stuff.

Can't find it :-(
One doesn't have to have a myspace account, or? :-?

@Wain:

Just listening to it now.

"Cascading" is nice. "Losing Hope" makes me think of a certain type of cowboy/western movie, which I mean as a compliment. :-D

Haven't listened to the rest yet but I've put a friend request in from my page.

@Eyso:

You don't need an account but the myspace player won't show up on an Amiga browser. Don't know if that's maybe the problem?

My band has a myspace page too. Click my sig. to see it. ;-)

Hm, Losing hope is way too much Philip Glassesque, so to say,
Reverie for Home sounds a bit like Yann Tiersen meets Erik Satie.

But I love Cascading and Watermusic :-)
