User Group?
« on: December 31, 2006, 01:52:02 AM »
Are there any users near riverside CA. I have been thinking of starting a group. It might be considered a Commodore group as I deal with Vic-20, C64, and Amiga. Are there any users near Riverside? Let me know. thanks

According to Google Maps, you're only a half hour away from the Fresno Commodore User Group.

Their site is at http://videocam.net.au/fcug/

Count me in, I have been trying to put together a user group for over a year now (see my signature).

I am living in Big Bear Lake now, but have not sold my house in Riverside yet, and lived there for about 15 years before coming back up to my home town.

I hope you have more luck in getting responses than I have.  I know that there are a few Amiga users still living in the Southern Calif. area.  I have one very good friend that still makes most of his income from his Toaster/Flyer system after starting on it over 15 years ago.  I can talk him into coming if he can fit it into his schedule (he also plays in two bands).

 :-o

As far a Big Bear, maybe we can make it a quarterly thing. I would like to find some other users. My younger brother is the only sole I know who owns amigas other than myself. Keep in touch as far as amiga items. thanks
