OT: redrumloa PS3 on eBay
« on: December 20, 2006, 01:03:29 AM »
Slight abuse of power here ;-)

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=180065999676

Long story short, got by mistake and selling for very little profit after all ebay fees taxes, paypay fees and shipping costs etc.

These are still hard to get, grab it if you want it. I doubt it will last long.

It's an impulse purchase that we cannot afford as a family right now. I was just shocked to see this in stock I wasn't thinking. :-(

LOL! One thinks I am selling too cheap, one thinks I am gouging ;-) The prices for these on eBay are all over the board. As recent as a week ago these were selling well in the thousands it seems. Now? All over the place. Some are selling still in the thousands, others about what I am asking.

About me paying so much? I paid full retail plus tax ($650). Tack on a buttload of eBay listing and final value fees (~$50), PayPal fees($30), free overnight shipping ($75) and you will see I will be lucky to squeeze out any profit at all here. You want to see "so much"? Look at eBay sales 1-2 weeks ago. Some literally sold for north of $10,000.  :-o

$50 ebay fee? holy cowsers.

anyhoo, i say put it up for what you paid and no free shipping, no buy it now (or maybe for $1000). let the bidding take it higher. maybe free shipping for buy it now. you should cash in like everyone else.

Didn't sell yet last night, so it's reduced to $795.

It's gotta go!
