WANTED: Wacom tablet replacement pen, or EASYL tablet
« on: December 14, 2006, 04:57:20 PM »
Hi, the pen on my WACOM ArtPad II just doesn't work very well.  The mouse cursor moves just fine, but I have to press very hard to get it to work, and even then I'll be drawing a line and it will be sporadic.  I think the switch is fried inside it, and it's not detecting my presses.  The tablet itself is good because I can DRAW with the eraser part of the pen totally reliably.

I am pretty sure it's not a software problem either. I am using drivers from Aminet.  I don't know how to adjust the pen pressure with this driver.

So, does anyone have a spare pen for a WACOM tablet that I can buy.

Or, if anyone has an old EASYL tablet for sale, that might just be a better option.  I have heard that they are pretty reliable.
