Hi all - thats great - theres some real good suggestions here! I have to re-iterate no 3D please - I know there was some real classics (I loved interceptor too - who else flew down the golden gate bridge?!)

Simple is better - I'm thinking Blood Money is a great idea - or maybe Nebulus as its not too complex - or Dungeon Master (I've written this type of suedo 3D before) but I'm also interested in Flood - what do you guys think? Whatever I do it won't be an *exact* remake but just different enough to not get into too much copyright trouble ;) anyway thanks for your suggestions! Cheers all

I'm actually doing something similar, Jimbob. :-) I always enjoyed the old game "Conquest" so I downloaded the Aminet version, updated it so it was configurable and added a little color.

When I get a chance, I'll modify it further, make it object oriented, replace the old text interface with a new one, maybe compile it for AROS (if I can ever figure out how).

So far, this is been a good way to update my C/C++ skills. :)

@jimbob1977

You can't call it Flood. You'll have to call it Sewer Tunnel Amphibious Escape or something.
