Some Pricing Questions
« on: December 05, 2006, 01:19:28 AM »
Hi,

I am back in the amiga scene, and have some extra hardware that I want to sell, but not entirely sure what it is worth.  I will probably put it on ebay in the next day or week, but thought I would ask what price I can expect, or entertain offers.

GVP Tekmagic 68060 @50mhz, Has 2 stick of ram that I need to check on size
Tocato ad1012 audio card
Magna Video Interface card

I have several toaster machines with various configs, Lots OF TBC cards (no clue what TBC are worth.
1 has a CSA derenger 030 , 8mb fast
1 has a fushion forty 68040 @40mhz

Thank you for your help.

My ebay user ID retrogeeks

I may put some items up tonight, or I will wait a few days..

put it up on ebay and check.  I'm sure you'll make a couple hundred on a majority of that stuff.

PS.  I havent done all the research on your account but its risky to have a very similiar nick to another certain user in the Amiga community.

Hi,

If you are talking about this guy
http://www.retrogeekcomputers.com/aboutme.htm

That is not ME, I have tried to buy a 1200 from him a few months ago and had a question about product and shipping. He had it as a buy it now for 89.95 or something to that effect, after my email, he changed it to 99.95.

I have been doing ebay stuff since june of 1998. just a casual user. but I have 104 positives since 99, and 1 negative during 98, which I could not fight - the system didn't allow for that(or at least I didn't know how to), and the member had since left ebay. (long story)

Ouch, He must have realy pissed off some people.

Yes, that was the concern, for reasons we shall not get into. Welcome to Amiga.org! Sorry for the grilling :-D

When you place your items on eBay, remember to post here.  In particular, I am salivating over the possibility of a TekMagic 060 in my 2000.
