Revolution is probaly an overstatement, but clearly there is a trend in the right direction. Most Amiga users nowadays are either hobbyists or technology buffs. But quite a few professional users as well: DTP publishers, graphic designers, videographers, musicians and others. When I say "quite a few", I mean objectively not subjectively. Some people are returning to the platform for nostalgia, others because of the tiresome innovation vaccuum of the x86 world -- year after year, the same "stuff" (like McDonald's). PCs seem to get incrementally a little bit faster, and incrementally a little bit bigger each time. Oh. And they always come with a bigger version of Windows, which means that any hardware improvement will be negated by the needier OS, resulting in a machine that never really gets any faster, just costs more. And becomes suspiciously "obsolete" just before each holiday shopping season. I digress. Anyway, its not just returnees but also first time Amiga users as well, which is great to see! Lets hope the trend continues.
