Can UAE format a secondary hard drive to Amiga Format?

I am sorry.  That question may be a very abused question.
I have an Athlon64(socket 754)system with two hard drives.

i dont think so but perhaps someone could verify that. after all UAE is just an emulator.

So don't use one?

Read the instructions. You will be able to add full hard disk to the system, initialize it with HDToolBox, add partitions and quickformat them.

Note however, that AOS 3.1 FFS will only handle first 4GB of the disk.
