How much extra to actually receive something purchased from you?

Still waiting for the CD-ROM drive I bought FOURTY EIGHT DAYS AGO.

Does USPS Airmail come via carrier pidgeon these days?

Hopeless.

Hi Shillard,

I accidently ran out of stock on that item and just got some in this last week. I'll be shipping you a new CDROM drive this week, so you should have it at the end of this coming week.

Thanks and sorry for the delay.

Awesome customer service - good of you to let me know, and to respond to the several emails questioning the delay.

I'll believe it when I see it.  Otherwise expect the usual litigious claims to be flying your way.

Magnetic,

I sent this once and it came back with address incorrect and I emailed you what is your current address and have not received a reply. Let me know what your current address is and I'll get it sent out to you.

Thanks.

Hi Carl,

You can purchase one of the Toasters with no problems, it'll be shipped asap this next week or until funds clear.

Thanks.

I purchased two items from Boogiegail, paid for on 12/20 and 12/24.  Twenty-eight days and counting, and no response to emails or messages sent via eBay.

Same thing happened to me.
Bought floppydrive, and paid promptly.
Boogiegail then took two months to send it to me.
Unresponsive to my emails, yet responded to questions sent by my friend relating to another item on ebay..

It's too bad that negatives get more attention than positives, and would like to add some pluses to all the minuses. I've made a couple purchases from Boogiegail with no problems what so ever and intend to make a couple more in the future.

Hmmm, feedback at Ebay isn't that bad. Only 11 dissatisfied out of 500+ transactions. Some thing's wrong though to have a TBC waiting a year when you found Magnetic over here in less than a day. Remember that bad news travels 10 times faster and farther than good.
