étude.device (midi for ScummVM and Exult) - where?

In order to get midi-support for the MOS-ports of ScummVM and Exult (Ultima), the étude.device is stated as a requirement.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find it anywhere on the web. Google has just a few hits back from 2002/2003...

Does anybody have a clue where I can download it or maybe even still has a copy on the harddisk and could email it to me?

Very hard to find i guess... obviously you've contacted Tomjoad and itix ?

Original port used etude.device for midi play but since it is available nowhere I had no choice but disable midi support.
