hey peeps,

i got a problem, as subject suggests, with my a1200 fitted with apollo 1260/50mhz 32mb, im having problems using RemApollo and running OS3.9. i have 3.0 roms on the board, but i have the 3.1 loading onto the apollo on early startup. This is all cool and working well, OS3.9 is running fine, however using AHI Audio apps like Digibooster and Octamed the machine freezes and bounces a #800003D error.
worked fine before using RemApollo, and wb3.1.

any susggestions?

peace,
-Sam

Digibooster and Octamed use AHI!?  I thought you needed the Maestrix installed to access AHI on those programs!   :-o

Also there is a ROM patcher built in to AmigaOS 3.9 so it will have to load in a custom ROM image based on KS3.1 on your accelerator card.  It's possible that you're only getting 3.1 in your card and not getting 3.9's ROM image based on the way you're doing it.

Octamed doesn't use AHI. It does have direct support for some sound cards and also for 14-bit Paula.

DigiBooster Pro, to the best of my knowledge, doesn't just use but actually requires AHI.
