Piccolo Gfx card - is it worth while?

There's a Piccolo card for sale - a regular, not the SD64.
What are the differences between the normal and SD64 card and is it worth buying for use in an A2000 or maybe A3000, or should I better look out for another card? Current bid is at 50 Euros.

I can't seem to find any other information than available in TBBOAH. Does anyone have a link to a manual maybe?

I had a SD64 , and it was a very nice card. it was faster than a picassoII I had before. I think the normal piccolo and the picassoII are the same in speed terms...
picassoII/piccolo used the cirrus logic 5426 or 5428 chip, an ISA bus one, where the SD64 used the 5434, a chip made for the VESA Local bus, thus it is faster.

It's very similar to the GVP EGS 28/24 Spectrum, but you can add an S-Video module and an MJPEG digitizer card to it. It autonses Zorro II and III, so you can use it in your A2000 and A3000 as well.

Meh it's gone already. Should have made a bit earlier, but I was trying to get hold of an A3000 as well.

Oh well, just wait until the next one comes around I guess :-)
