The question arises, what drives a person to want to repeatedly crap on trains and smear it about?

Is the guy mentally ill, or just a bit dissatisfied with the service?

Maybe it was the food served on the train coupled with the fact that all the toilets always seem to be out of order anyway. He could be making a political point but I doubt it.  :insane:
