Does anyone have or know where to find schematics for the A2090(A) ZorroII XT/SCSI controller-card?

Not really.. but I can tell you that you're much better of with a A2091 or at least a A2090a.

Where are you planning to use the board? You do know that the A2090 won't support Autoboot or even disks larger than 256Mb? It's pretty much crap, unless ofcource you have to choose between the A2090 and floppies ;).

I also recall having trouble finding the Prep-software for the controller back when I was using it. If you're looking for that you oculd check this URL: http://www.mmhart.com/amiga_software.htm

A friend of mine has one (A). It caught my attention because after reading just about everything about it on the net I came to the conclusion is that it really honestly sucks (strange reasion? ;)).

The device shipped on the card is crap, and no thirdparty developer seems to have made a fully functional device either. One developer said there were issues with the FIFO-queue used in the scsi-controller-chip and thats the reason why noone had succeded in making a new and functional device. That made me even more curious and I wanted to do some more in depth research about its hardware and thats why I want the schematics.
