Like I said earlier, what bothers me is when people refer to Moobunny like it was a monolithic entity instead of a group of really varied people. There are quite a few intelligent, reasonable people who post there; you just have to ignore the noise.
sure, there's silly people at AW, but why are the Moo posters going to Another board to LOOK and then return to Moo to whine?
Well, in some cases the criticism has not been permitted at AW. Threads have been locked and people banned. Things aren't so bad now, but it was certainly the case in the past. As for reasonable criticism, I agree that it should be made at the place where maybe it'd be able to bring about a good change.
it's really childish in the extreme.
A lot of people are posting anonymously at Moobunny. Some have been "outed" as members in good standing at Amigaworld.net, slumming where they can get away with it. This is also really childish.
and I don't give a rat's ass about amiga inc and any possible law suits.
Odd since Amiga computing is dependent on Amiga, Inc., unless orphaned systems with no prospect for new versions is fine with you. It is true that there are AOS alternatives, but I guess that's not what you meant. ;-)
can we please ignore them now?
