HA! yeah, more or less......

what I find particularly sad is that anytime I have a look at that disaster area many of the moo-sters are whining like babies about how Horrible AW is.
jesus, is that pathetic.

sure, there's silly people at AW, but why are the Moo posters going to Another board to LOOK and then return to Moo to whine?

it's really childish in the extreme.

and I don't give a rat's ass about amiga inc and any possible law suits. it doesn't mean anything to anyone. people on Moo are nothing but yentas

can we please ignore them now?

????

It took me two hours to read all the documents (.pdf) from Rich Woods site.

I really don't know now, where "The Company" is located. Is it CA, Delaware or New York.

Who is who and who is the boss, owner etc?

Could someone (native) english speaking explain it to me?

"granted" means Garry Hare has won?

Markus

Amiga Inc vs Garry Hare court case is interesting stuff still. Depending on view it was fortunate or unfortunate that Amiga Inc didnt win.

The community should sue Amiga Inc for not concentrating
on what they should be doing.
AmigaOS or MorphOS on x86 would sell orders of magnitude more than the current, hardware-intensive solutions. And they\\\'d go faster. --D.Haynie

Well, since your apart of the Moobunnies (since you come and read), it's as pathetic as you make it.  Personally, I like Moo for this very reason, I get to hear the ugly truth that won't be covered up and only talked about in whispers by the elitest "channels."   Just gimme the info, I'll decide what's right and what's wrong.

The power of the internet.  :ponder:

sure there's FEW adults there (like T-bone, whose posts ther I DO ENJOY), but most are rediculous.

and I don't consider whining truth telling.

Like I said earlier, what bothers me is when people refer to Moobunny like it was a monolithic entity instead of a group of really varied people. There are quite a few intelligent, reasonable people who post there; you just have to ignore the noise.

Well, in some cases the criticism has not been permitted at AW. Threads have been locked and people banned. Things aren't so bad now, but it was certainly the case in the past. As for reasonable criticism, I agree that it should be made at the place where maybe it'd be able to bring about a good change.

it's really childish in the extreme.

A lot of people are posting anonymously at Moobunny. Some have been "outed" as members in good standing at Amigaworld.net, slumming where they can get away with it. This is also really childish.

Odd since Amiga computing is dependent on Amiga, Inc., unless orphaned systems with no prospect for new versions is fine with you. It is true that there are AOS alternatives, but I guess that's not what you meant. ;-)

Reading and posting on this topic is not required of you or anyone else.
