Case dismissed due to lack of jurisdiction.

Would be interesting to know the details behind the lawsuit.

Hmm, not really interested in this stuff any more.  Amiga Inc. sure has a messy history though.

I stand corrected, Garry was suppost to raise 11 million and didn't.  Jeez, look at the salary!  Guess if your not worried about making a solid long term company, squeeze what you can out of the marks.
