Dude...

If you have to move on, I advise splitting it up. You'll get more for it.
Are you certain about this decision?

Nice system!

You will never get $4000AUD ($3000USD). Split it up and you may get 2/3 that, maybe.
Someone has to state the obvious and that someone is me!

Not seen any like this on ebay.com.au before.

You can buy it for $4000, or you can pay $1,700 for the following setup.

x2 320gb WD 16mb cache sata drives
x2 xfx 7600GT 256mb pci-e video cards
dual core 3400+ AMD 64
2gig dual channel ram
dvd burner + dvd rom drives.
wide flatscreen

and many more features.....

Makes you wonder if you can't just use Winuae and be quicker.

Yes, this is not to flame, but shows you that at most that amiga can get is $2000 if parted out.

Maybe, but what is a 12 year old "max'd out" peecee worth today?  Old PCs are not even worth the effort to heave them into the trash..  The sad part is the PC probably cost a couple of grand when it was new, probably not much less than the Amiga 4000T cost.
Primary:
A4000T. Phase5 PPC604e-233mhz/060-66mhz. Mediator, Z3 Fastlane, Voodoo5, Delfina, X-Surf, AD516, Peggy Plus.

Collection:
A4000D, A1200, A500, Milan060 (Atari clone), Atari MegaSTE, Atari TT030, C64, C128, Mattel Aquarius, (2) HP Jornada....

Yes I will. But I am leaving the Amiga for good to pursue my family life, so my signature won't matter anymore.

Oh, how appropriate a title for this scene.  ;-)

Almost never see 4000T's in Aus.  Good luck with the sale.  btw, you probably should put the word 'amiga' in the sale title, as it can be missed in a quick search.
Good good study, day day up!

UPDATE

I have had a few questions relating to postage costs. I have decided on FREE postage via airmail to USA/UK/GERMANY for anyone who buys the system. Insurance is an extra cost if required.
