I just booted from 3.1 and installed the SCSI software to the ramdisk. Tried to scan for SCSI devices using unitconfig (or something). But it didn't find the HD or the CDRom. Could this meen i have to replace the cable? Wierd that it should brake though. But once again, find it hard to believe that the SCSI-Controller is broken as long as the ram attached to it works properly.

Hi,
it could be a bad soldering problem under the 680x0, I had a similar problem with a 1260 and non working ram even on the SCSI Kit due to bad soldering. I had the same problem on my BPPC 060/210+ with SCSI no seeing any device , it was also the 060 bad soldering problem.
Keep the Faith !

How do i check this?

go into dosdrivers directory and select the CD0 icon and right click at the top menu and pick icon info. It will then fetch up a window which will display the tooltypes

Hi,

Thanks, but it seems that all the settings are correct. The EmergencyDisk worked before so i guess that's not so strange. My RAM is working just fine. I've got 16mb (Blizzard1260) + 64mb (SCSIKit). All there, the problem is that none of the SCSI devices are recognised.

Did you get the version information on 1230scsi.device? Please report back if that works/fails.

Wow.. There is no CD0 in the DosDrivers directory.. No CD-Anything.. Could this be the problem?

The error message says that it cant find the Unit on the SCSI bus, but could this be because there is no DosDriver?

Thanks alot for all the help so far, people!
I have to get my baby up and running again now that ScummVm9 has been released!;-)
