Can someone help me to connect my amiga on icq ?

What server name and port number is required ?

Or does it not work on amiga's anymore, thanks in anticipation.

Last time I tried an amiga icq program, you had to get an account by using some other platform's icq software, then you could log on using the amiga version. It was a few years back, though. I don't know anything about it nowadays.

The Server Address is icq.mirabilis.com:4000

You can register with the Shell driven micq client on Amiga, at least it worked when I did some time ago.
Or simply go to the ICQ Home Page http://www.icq.com newlogin, register there and fill in your details.

On the Amiga there is the StrICQ client but it's buggy and unstable.

A better solution is the Jabberwocky client.
Jabber supports the own jabber protocol and AIM, ICQ, MSN, IRC through transport streams.
Public Jabberservers can be found on www.jabbercentral.com

both old Stricq and new don't works for me.

use jabberwocky. this a realy nice app. (allow msn/aim/icq and 'some kind' of irc ;) ). very small, not slowly. i use last version, and have much more 'positive emothions' ;)
