 I am running AmigaOS3.9 on pc with Winuae1.3,my question is how to make genesis tcp connect to internet via PC?

Why in earth would one want to install Genesis in WinUAE?

Why not just tick Misc, Advanced, bsdsocket.library emulation?

Hi,
If you are using a firewall try disabling it and see if you can connect.
