1240 Install Questions

I just got my Phase5 1240 and installed it this afternoon. Do I need to copy the files from the LIBS folder on the install floppy to the LIBS folder on my workbench partition?

i will suggest to copy LATEST LIBS from www.a1k.org  8-)
too lazy to use shift key properly...

just to keep things tidy i usually keep my library files in the LIBS drawer.
