about my tvcard problem

I have a problem with my WIN 2000 tvcard.When i
start (execute) TV file, then appear a message:  
P96PIP_OpenTagList() failed. Screen dept is 16b PC
I don"t know what it is and i don"t know how can i
resolve this. Of course, the tv window doesn"t
 open.What can i do?

If you are using a PCI TV card with a Voodoo, make sure your screen depth is one of 16 bit PC, 24bit BGR or 32bit BGRA.

PIP is only supported in these modes. I recommend using 16bit PC, as for most purposes its fine and it'll save you a lot of RAM.
